Love both Yuzuru and Jason! It's great to hear how highly Jason thinks of Yuzuru, and Yuzuru of course years before Riverdance knew Jason is special and likened him to Patrick Chan in his book Blue Flame.

I was a little surprised the interviewer apparently didn't know who Jason was when he approached the latter. Anyway good, no great choice for an interview. And I must say Kori looks so pretty and young even without make up.

Actually, he has use them to avoid being recognize. Same as Mao... I think it has very little to do with Jason

It has nothing to do with Jason indeed. That's quite a common thing with very popular people.

But seeing him with hats could be a nice view. It depends on what kind of hat, in fact. ^^

So, Yuzuru is there, Javier and the Italian dance pair too. Johnny is set to fly to Japan this morning, I suppose Stephane will do the same, since his week of camp training ended this week-end. I'm soooo looking foward to the pics! :biggrin:

Same, I'll be rooting for the Japanese juniors, especially Sota, Wakaba, Yuka and Marin.

Oh, I do remember those. It was after World 2012. Not sure which month (probably March/April), but if I recall correctly, it was local news interviewing him.

It's so funny the interviewer asked them where they were from, never noticing their cap and USA logo

I'm sorry to say this, but figure skating is still a minor sport in Japan. Some yeras before, people only knew Mao-chan and Miki-chan, and didn't know the names of male skaters including Yuzuru.

We are all safe here. Some trains were suspended or delayed, but nothing serious. After 3.11, specialists said we would experience more number of big earthquakes and more signs of volcanic activity for the coming 10 years or so as the aftermath. Four years have passed. I hope nothing serious will happen in the following years.
