Awards "committee members will be present at Nationals and will review every performance at Junior and Senior level, long and short programs ...
One winner is chosen from each category in Men’s, Ladies, Pairs, Dance, and Synchronized Skating. Selection will be based on performance, not placement and will not necessarily reflect the best technical skater."

PSA Announces 2015 EDI Awards for Best Performance

The Professional Skaters Association announced the winners of the 2015 EDI Awards for Best Performance. They were a result of the 2015 Prudential U.S. Figure Skating Championships and the 2015 Synchronized Skating Championships. The winners, chosen by a committee, were chosen based on the “total performance” with an eye to costuming, presentation, music selection, choreography, style, and technique.

Best Performance Ladies | Ashley Wagner – Championship Free Skate
PSA Coaches – Rafael Arutyunyan, Nadezda(Nadia) Kanaeva, and John Nicks
Choreographer – Shae-Lynn Bourne
Music selection – Soundtrack of Moulin Rouge
Costume designer – Jan Longmire

Best Performance Men | Adam Rippon – Championship Free Skate
PSA Coaches – Rafael Arutyunyan, Vera Arutyunyan, Denys Petrov

Charlie was last year's Gustave Lussi winner. Meryl won the Sonie Henie last year. ,2013 Tanith won it.

USFS press release gives the citations for the PSA awards (previously reported in this thread) to Rafael Arutyunyan; Alexei Kiliakov, Elena Novak and Dmytri Ilin; Rohene Ward; and Diane Miller.
Also lists the names of the other nominees in the same category.

Example:

Developmental Coaches of the Year: Alexei Kiliakov, Elena Novak and Dmytri Ilin - Kiliakov, Novak and Ilin created one of the most comprehensive ice dance programs in the country, based in Rockville/Wheaton, Maryland. Their teams achieved podium finishes at the U.S. Championships in junior (gold, silver), novice (gold, bronze) and juvenile (pewter). Two of their junior teams fared well in the Junior Grand Prix Series. Lorraine McNamara and Quinn Carpenter placed third at JGP Czech Republic, second at JGP Germany, first at Torun Cup and second at the World Junior Championships. Rachel Parsons and Michael Parsons placed third at JGP Japan, second at JGP Croatia, second at Torun Cup and fourth at the World Junior Championships.

Other nominees: Artem Torgashev and Ilona Melnichenko; Lisa Kriley; Jim Peterson, Lyndon Johnston and Amanda Evora; Serguei Zaitsev and Josh Babb.
