Grrrr....watching Duhamel and Radford's "Say Something" routine and some annoying commentator was speaking over and describing every move. What's up with that? It looked like a truly beautiful routine and somewhat of a departure from their more athletic programs.

That isn't commentary, I don't think. It is audio description for the blind and visually impaired, I believe.

I'd imagine so, else that would be the driest commentary I've ever heard. Rather it wasn't on there, but sort of interesting/odd how these movements are described.

Sometimes they'll have fancams that have been uploaded of the same program with less focus on the singers in the up-next/recommended section on the right-hand of the video.

Don't get me wrong. We have really enjoyed the Disson shows we've been lucky enough to see live, but sometimes they "get lost in translation" (= too much TV air time for the guest singer, not enough focus on the skaters). The TV presentation of "Shall We Dance" was excellent - ITA! The only downside of that one was the appearance/performance (?) of Bella Thorne, who, mercifully, was only shown toward the end of the show (She didn't fit in with the theme of the show if you ask me, and I was not impressed with her singing).

Thanks a lot, Noolan. The 'Stars on Ice' performances are from 2014, not from this year, though. They simply were broadcast again recently (I guess it was a special broadcast for the blind and visually impaired, as TheGrandSophy wrote).

Yuzu, Plushenko, Javi, Miki and others were shown rehearsing.

The first show was tonight and according to twitter, folks enjoyed themselves.
