Damaged blades?

Hello everyone !

I come to you cause I think I did a mistake. Yesterday I brought down my boot against the floor and the first peak is now twisted. It's the first peak, the more useful for jumps, so I don't know if it's bad or if I shoudn't care.

Um, I'm not much of a blade expert, but I could tell that you really did warp your toe-pick! I think you should try to do some jumps on the damaged one, and if you can't get any grip from that damaged toe-pick, ask your local sharpener if he could do something about it.

I can't see all that much in your picture. What type of blade is it? Some teeth should be asymmetric on some blades.

From what little I can see in the picture, there may have been some damage caused by an inexpert skate tech sharpening your blade - i.e., he/she may have accidentally rounded off the bottom toe pick a little. But there appears to be more damage of that sort on the "undamaged blade". But the pictures just aren't clear enough to be sure.
