Oh, I'm so sad I missed this. This is the rink I go to the most! It's also tiny so I'm surprised Mirai et. al. skated here?!

Ugh actually I'm so sad I missed it.

Ugh actually I'm so sad I missed it.

In their introductory remarks, Melissa and Denis mentioned (I'm paraphrasing) that everyone in the show had played a role in their career.

I was hoping that they would elaborate and say something about what their history with each skater -- such as Mirai -- specifically was. Alas, they never did give any details. But if I understood them correctly, they had a reason for inviting each skater. Not just a random group.

(Please don't get me wrong: I'm not complaining. I appreciated the chance to see live skating for free, although not all the performers rang a bell to me.)

Sorry that you missed the show.
I confess that I hadn't even known that this rink existed. Its small size did give the show an intimate feeling.

Have been meaning to add some comments to Mirai's fan thread. A particular pleasure to see her.

For any fans of Allison Reed:
She skated a solo number. When introducing her, the announcer alluded to ice dance, but did not mention anything about the current status of her ice dance career.
