I know it's early to say but Takahashi/Shibata already looks better than Takahashi/Kihara :luv17:

Narumi looks so happy and I think this is the first step for a successful collaboration; if the partners are happy to be skating together they are motivated to work harder.

I have absolutely same feeling, I sense they have way better future (knock on the wood)
and Shibata's spiral lol ...so good

He can do a fan spiral too although I don't think they can use that They should do side by side Biellmann spins, that would be quite a sight.

Very pretty and very flexible. Pairs spirals and sbs layback and Bielmann spins can be spectacular. Heck, how about some sbs Inna Bauer?

How are his jumps? Strength? I hope he is learning lifting and throwing techniques well and fast.

Back in his competitive days he was doing 3Lz-3Lo in his programs, it's possible he can still do 3Lz.

Oddly enough... I've got a good feeling about them too...

Note: "Oddly" of course, because, I know so little about them as a pair, have never seen them skate together &c... and yet... I don't know why... ? Anyway, again, wishing them the best of luck.
