Part 2 of the suitcase Show and Tell plus some photos of our favorite puppies. Sho, we love your socks!!! They say DONE RIGHT. Is that the brand?...I like the one tag that says #HAIR GROWTH! :laugh2: Your hair is getting a little long, Masama!

The puppies show off their ColanTotte necklaces.

The pony tail heard round the world.

Puppies with jewelry is what's right about the world.

I'm enjoying watching Shoma enjoy himself.

OMG THE HAIR!!!! It's so cute??? Why am I getting Shoko-chan vibes from the photos? :luv17:
Aw, Emma and Toro snuggling around him. Toro-chan seems to be very comfortable, and Emma, as usual, is still her squirmy self. I wonder if she sees Shoma with his hair tied back and go: "Who are you???"

The video is hilarious. Shoma... has strong opinions about socks

Kudos for Shoma and his team on this Youtube channel. The videos look like they're made by Japanese TV, with the subtitles, graphics and high quality editing. Also, I know Shoma has good comedic timing but I just love how he goes full chaos and his team can't help but (gently) roast him. The banter with his manager is quality LOL. And Shoma, dear, please wear your ankle tape BEFORE you get sore from the boots....

I love this latest video, it is definitely my favorite one so far. It really shows Shoma's funny personality and the good relationship he has with his team. Who knew a conversation about socks and tape could be so entertaining?! :)

This really is the cutest fan art of Shoma displaying his knee socks. By Sakura

In Sho's earlier days when matching socks didn't matter.

This is the interview Skating To Music blog posted about David Wilson choreographing Shoma's DOMO program from last year.

 :points: W-O-W! Our Shomatitis expert has really outdone himself this time! What a fascinating, extensive look into David's choreography experiences with our Shomita! I've read it once but have to read it again. There are so many things I love about it, I wouldn't even know where to begin! Thank you Dr. Hronop!!!:yahoo:   :hap10: :thank:

This is the interview Skating To Music blog posted about David Wilson choreographing Shoma's DOMO program from last year.

I knew this was coming out for a while, and I have been following the teasers with growing expectations (that were already high in the first place) but this was such an incredible and insightful interview.

I had to stop in several places when reading it because there was just, SO MUCH, all packed in- so much information, so many emotions, so much nostalgia, so many details. I'm still in a daze. I didn't expect there to be so much content and information about DOMO, about David's work with Shoma but there is, and it exceeds every expectations I have.

All I can say is Shoma is incredibly lucky to have worked with not just an incredible choreographer, but a kind and thoughtful artist in David Wilson. Last season with its ups and downs really hit harder for me when I added this interview to the big picture- the significance of Shoma falling so low in his career and then coming back strong, especially winning that particular Nationals, with this particular free skate is just... wow.

Now, excuse me, but I will rewatch CC DOMO and re-read this interview for a while.

Dr. H, I am truly grateful that some time in this life, you decided to become a Shoma fan. Truly, truly grateful. Amazing work.

Very enjoyable read in this Olympic Channel article. So wonderful that Shoma wanted to do something fun for his fans. The info is taken from the Shogun stream. The Olympic Channel seemed to be aware of the stream very quickly! Interesting! I look so forward to all the little "tidbits" we are enjoying during this off-season from him. We are so fortunate, and he's fortunate to have his gaming hobby that he enjoys so much, in addition to his figure skating. In many ways. our tiny warrior is tough!

A quick glimpse of Sho's beautiful "Winter" Satomi Ito costume. Both this one and the silver one were so gorgeous. I hope he will have an opportunity to use one of her costumes again in the future. I love the simplicity of the Caron costumes, but her costumes are very special.

Looks like Shoma is keeping his programs for next season:
https://shoma-uno.com/archives/1267

I think some might’ve been hoping for at least one new program, but given the circumstances, it makes a lot of sense to leave them as is. I hope he continues to find ways to develop them more and more and feels satisfied with them!

Sorry for the double post, we posted almost at the same time.

I think most of us expected it, he has been away from his coach this whole time and it’s a bit late for new programs. It makes perfect sense. And I’m sure these programs have so much more to give, Shoma missed quite a few competitions last season. And Worlds... I think they would have been amazing at Worlds, fingers crossed to get the chance to see them at Worlds this season. Can’t wait to see them again, I miss his skating so much!

He also wrote he will go back to Switzerland soon.

Yep on the Worlds part, especially- he's got unfinished business with those programs when last Worlds got cancelled, so hopefully Shoma will make it to this season's Worlds Team. With so much uncertainty right now, it's good to have confirmation on what he'll be skating. Ganba Shoma! :hap10: All the best this season, hoping for him to stay healthy and be able to do his best, no matter what happens.

I also have to smile at him officially saying he's leaving for Switzerland. We didn't need to know when he's leaving, but I'm glad he told us, his fans, by his website first  Safe trip, Sho.

Also I'm thinking: if Shoma's going back to Switzerland now, and he's recycling (means the programs are there already)... is it possible that he'll do Nebelhorn Trophy? Yes, JSF did say they are not assigning anyone to any Challengers... but TV Asahi plans to broadcast it... so...

I always love seeing his new programs, but since he didn't perform GS and DOMO at GPF or Worlds, it seems that it makes sense to keep them. (I just watched both for the 100th time!) Now the burning question - Will he have new costumes, and who will design them -- Mathieu, Satomi, or Chacott? 2nd burning question -- has Emma packed her suitcase yet for Switzerland?!

Really glad to have confirmation of his plans! :cheer:
