Really liked Stolbova/Klimov. Loved the entries to the lift & death spiral. Nice unison and pairness throughout. Nice choreography and use of the music, too.

I like Han, a lot. He's great and expressive. Their choreography is really nice, awesome transitions. But Sui's skating skills are terrible! Someone needs to introduce her to something called edges. Her position in the lift is quite weak as well.

It's turning out to be more of a competition than I expected, at the top. Will be interesting to see the Russians and Chinese battle it out in the LP.

Quad twist, and throw 4sal! That's insane! I don't think anyone has ever attempted quad throw and quad twist in the same program before, right? If they could ever get those elements clean, the TES's going to go through the roof! I do feel a little bad for Sui though, that's a lot of being thrown around at very great height and speed, hopefully she won't get injured somehow! At least she's small and light...

They are quite daring, but I don't think that twist would ever be clean. I'm surprised they are attempting the 4twist because I don't think the catch on even their 3twist is well done. She kind of landed in a heap on his shoulder on the quad, and after the downgrade and negative GOE, they got fewer points than some teams who did a 2twist! I guess they figure they might as well try the 4twist while she's still a pixie. As for the quad throw, maybe it's possible one day they could get it clean, but even if they eventually scale it back to a triple, their throws are very good.

The winning pair, Stolbova/Klimov, did well. They are one of the older pairs competing in Jrs and it shows. Solid throw 3F and throw 3S, and good SBS 3Ts. Their 2twist is weak like last year and things like their lifts need improvement, but overall, they skated very well and it was a good win for them.

Stolbova/Klimov were great! Love their program & choreography, as well as the polish that they performed it with. Nice to see a junior pair that has style and jumps.

Liked Sui/Han's lifts a lot but they were quite messy overall.

Was really impressed with Stolbova/Klimov. They have really improved a lot from last year, they had a real sense of style about them. Both programs grabbed your attention immediately, great scores for both programs. Hopefully they can keep this level up. I expected Sui/Han to stroll to victory but they were very sloppy by comparsion, they really were pushing it technically but other elements were not as good.

Well I guess Sui&Han are pushing it really hard with the technical elements and full of transitions programs. Its nice to see a very ambitious young team, plus this is the season to try it all out, they are too young to go to Sr. Worlds anyway but superior enough in the Jr. ranks to guarantee a full GP senior season next year.

StolbovaKlimov have indeed progressed a lot, I wasnt happy with their Jr. World Bronze last year, but now they have very good chemistry.
