I see that progress cant stop. For 11yo so brilliant result. This is very good. But still, when they will grow they will have same jumps like others not so talented skaters. Rika Kihira from Japan already jumping 3A and 3A+3T at practice. But why russians just stand where they are? Why nobody training quad jumps and also 3axel? I can call this like wasting talents. Just like that. It makes me sad. :(

Because 3A isn't safe, it could affect the stamina required for the rest of the program.

Eteri's group actually think that it's much better backloading difficult combos like the 3ltz-3T and the result bv wise is the same.

Just in time... Aleksandra Trusova: https://youtu.be/3cfH6jpgVkQ
Quads and triple axel will be maybe achieved by the new phenomenal wave: 10-11 years old girls who are just doing all the triples and 3-3 combos...
The tatars Anfisa Rjabova (10; https://youtu.be/aj8Y9TWb_d8); Jasmina Kadyrova (11; https://youtu.be/BmHSX3HQXt8), from this year in Mišin group;
from S. Petersburg Sof'ja Moroz (11; https://youtu.be/7FJZtaTRJvE), coached by Pisarenko as the young Sachanovič;
from Moscow Alëna Kanyševa (11; https://youtu.be/bllJrKNXiwY), coached by Panova as the young Sotskova.

I have respect for everyone Moriel.
I simply prefer the scientific romanization because it's more precise, unmistakable and respectful of the original sounds (for an example: Anastasia/Anastasiia Gubanova). That's all 🙃 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romanization_of_Russian

Well, you should check this link. Specially, the "Transliteration of the names in Russian passports" part. After 2013.
That is how people's names are spelled in their documents, and thats how we should refer to them unless we have a clear indication that the transliteration used is different.

Scientific transliteration is not used for document - and in fact is not even used in science outside linguistics, due to lack of all the special characters in most languages.
Basically, the thing is: you dont go for whatever you think is more accurate. You go for whatever if official, while you may not like it.

Mishin is always spelled like Mishin, both isu and all the rest of the internet. Even if you think this transliteration is no good, it is the commonly accepted one.
Tsurskaya is Tsurskaya on ISU and everywhere else. 99% certainly, she is also Tsurskaya in her passport. All non-russian fans know her as Tsurskaya. So again, why not write it as its written in skaters documents? Why do not write it in a way everybody recognizes?

This pair will make their international (junior) debut at the Tallinn Trophy.

Vladislav Dikidzhi landed his first ever (as far as I know) 3A in competition at the 5th stage of Russian cup yesterday. Well done by a kid who is only 12 and will not be JGP eligible until season 2018-2019. No video yet.
