would you please help me with the translation of this twitter?

Someone from our fan group on facebook translated another article about the same thing. (I know nothing of French so I had to wait for someone to step in!!!) and here I copy and paste, along with his personal opinion thrown in.
Stephane and Peter Grutter as well, are removed as coaches from Geneva's icerink, Patinoire Vernets. There are several arguments for that, the main which is mentioned in all articles is that Stephane doesn't have a coaching diploma and they bring up Roger Federer as an example that he wasn't allowed either to be a pro coach without a diploma. (my opinion: Switzerland is a country where rules and law and highly respected so I'm not really surprised by the fact that there are no exceptions. if the law says that the coach needs to have a diploma, than not even Stephane can be exception. Not like i'm agreeing with this but it's my personal experience with Switzerland).
The other argument against Stephane that he is very busy and absent many times and they want to have someone full time in Vernets.
The articles calls this whole issues scandalous because in Switzerland it is an outrageous thing to hire a French person when there is an available Suisse applicant. (again a very typical thing in Switzerland).
In one article they also mention that they want to establish a clean training structure in Vernets, because so far there were 4-5 different coaching teams with different prices which they say it's confusing for parents and skaters. Instead of this system, Vanessa Gusmeroli (3-time french champion) proposed a new transparent training structure for everyone.
That's it more or less. Personally I think the only valid argument is that Stephane is very busy, we see that he is still travelling a lot and he has Champery as well. In my opinion it's understandable if a club wants to have a full time head coach. However, the way this whole thing is presented...it's so upsetting! I'm sure if anyone would take 5 mins and sat down with Stephane like: listen, we need here someone full time present. Could you be a guest coach or sth? or just find any other normal solution here. I have the feeling that someone just wanted to create scandal where there is no need for it. If Stephane is not teaching in Vernets anymore, it's the loss of Geneva's skaters.
The last line I wholeheartedly agree!!!
