It doesn't need one, but it may not work for you depending on where you are. Hola does not help if you can't get access, unfortunately..

Love the dress, love the final spin, but oh my goodness, that was not a good skate from Iushenko. I hope she's alright... it seemed to take her a while to recover from every fall.

I don't have cable tv, and the link works. However, when I first click the link, it showed me the men's warmup. Reloaded the page and now it's showing a lady in elephant colored (gray and pink!) costume.
