So Jenni Saarinen has a good chance to win this competition if she skates well enough as the Helgesson sisters are not there. I hope she will succeed in both of her programs. Go Jenni, go.

Random question, but does anyone know what happened to Josefine Taljegard and Liubov Efimenko?

Sorry, I do not know the answer. Efimenko's season's best score is next to Jenni Saarinen so she should have been at the Nordics but she was not and she is not a substitute at the Junior Worlds. She was not at the Finnish nationals in December as she was ill. But that should not matter as they choose skaters based on their season's best score in Finland.

Liubov Efimenko is going to represent Poland. I do not know why. She was born in Russia, lived some years in Finland as her parents moved to Finland. So in 2016 we will see her skating in international competitions. Are there many skaters in Poland? I liked her but we have many young talented girls waiting to represent Finland so it is not so great loss.
