Tickets for 2016 Europeans?

Does anyone know if tickets are nominative ? I won 2 tickets for me and a friend, but she doesn't know if she will be able to make it because of her job. Will she can give her place to an other person ?

Does anyone know if you can buy tickets at the arena? I'm thinking of going but the website rejects my credit card for some technical reason weirdly. Any advise will be appreciated.

Yes you can. This is what Ticketportal says about EC tickets - "Vstupenky je možné zakúpiť len na centrále Ticketportal SK, Radlinského 27, Bratislava alebo v deň konania podujatia aj ja Zimnom štadióne Ondreja Nepelu." Slovak is not my native language and I have no idea what 'podujatia' means, presumably 'event', but the bolded part says they can also be bought at the stadium (i.e. venue).

They don't seem nominative. I have mine printed, and there's only a barcode and an identification number on the ticket, so I'd assume they can be used by anyone. But I'd check with Ticketportal first, or with the EC Bratislava website.

I have bought tickets for Europeans 2016. Unfortunatelly I can not participate and want to sell them. I can not return them unfortunatelly.
for Thursday 28/01/2016 - Sector A4 row 9 seat 3 and 4 - official price 59 EUR each
for Friday 29/01/2016 - Sector A4 row 9 seat 6 and 7 - official price 59 EUR each
for Saturday - 30/01/2016 - Sector A3 row 8 seat 26P and 27P - official price 59 EUR each

Friday 29.01.2016
13:30 - 17:00 Pairs - short program
18:00 - 22:00 Ladies - free skatingSaturday 30.01.2016
10:00 - 13:00 Pairs - free skating
14:30 - 18:00 Ice Dance - free dance

Tickets info for 29 January:
1. Sector: A5, Row: 8, Seat:15 left
2. Sector: A5, Row: 8, Seat:15 left

Tickets info for 30 January:
1. Sector: A5, Row: 9, Seat:15 left
2. Sector: A5, Row: 9, Seat:16 left

The sector is on the judges side.

Price per ticket Gold: 59 € official price
Total 4 tickets: 236€ official price, but 200€ will be fine with me.

Tickets can be sold separate as well but priority will be given to those who wants both.
