Second competition today, and the start has to be aborted for the first couple because of technical problems with the music.

Surprised they didn't go off to the side and prepare again like the Dance couple did.

Watching as long as my daughter can entertain herself. I think the false start unnerved her but she didn't give up.

And I thought the Swiss Dance couple had problems with their routine after their aborted start.

That was not good from Dasha and Maxim. A fall early on and an aborted lift later.

Better luck next time.

On the plus side, I loved that version of "Hallelujah"!

Lots of mistakes for Daria and Maxim but I like them, they look good together. And she can do triple jumps !

She was wearing what looked like one of those breathing strips during the routine.

Then, when she was waiting for her results, it was bleeding really badly. The hankie she was using to mop it up was pure red.

But by the looks of things, it's OK now.
