Can someone summarize number of spots for JWC 2016 (all disciplines)? and how many skaters each country can send on the Junior Grand Prix?

As for the JGP entries, I had a long post typed up for you with the information. Then I got timed out and lost it. So, here's the info with how it was decided last year, so you can see. Keep mind the JGP spots are under the current rules and could change.

How is Russia able to get 3 spots in mens when they didn't have anyone on the podium?
