I don't know if you meant junior GP or not but here is my 5 cents for junior GP.

Men. Russia has only 1 entry in 7 events but it is highly unlikely that China will use its 2 entries in 7 events because Boyang Jin will move to seniors and He Zhang might do the same. This season China had 1 entry in 7 events but even with Boyang Jin and He Zhang being in juniors they could't find skaters to use all their entries in men's event.

Alexander Samarin
Dmitri Aliev
Andrei Lazukin
Vladimir Samoilov
Piotr Gumennik
Daniil Bernadiner

Ladies
Maria Sotskova
Alexandra Proklova
Polina Tsurskaya
Alisa Fedichkina
Alina Solovyova
Elizaveta Iushenko
Alsu Kaiumova

Pairs
Anastasia Gubanova / Alexei Sintsov
Maria Chuzhanova / Denis Mintsev
Daria Beklemisheva / Maxim Bobrov
Alina Solovieva / Viktor Kudriavtsev
Kamilla Gainetdinova / Sergei Alexeev
There is room for one more pair but that's anybody's guess.

Ice Dance
Betina Popova / Yuri Vlasenko
Alla Loboda / Pavel Drozd
Sofia Evdokimova / Egor Bazin
Eva Khachaturian / Andrei Bagin
Anastasia Shpilevaya / Grigory Smirnov
There is room for two more ice dance duos but those are anybody's guesses.

Polina Tsurskaya

Mitrofanova will likely get placements before Iushenko and Kaiumova... and I think Konstantinova will also be given spots though it's kind of a toss up between her and Iushenko.

Re pairs, Gainedtinova/alexeev have split up. Solovieva/kudriatsev are aged out I think. There are some pairs that are newly eligible. I can't recall the names from my head but when I remember, I will edit the post to add them.

Re: ladies, I really can't see them giving third season a chance to Yushenko and Kayumova if they had the results they had last season.

Actually she is still 14 according to the Wikipedia page so I think she has to stay in juniors

Are you talking about Solovieva? You are right that she is not going to be eligible to seniors yet. But her partner won't be eligible to juniors.

If you are talking about Sotskova, she has the same eligibility like Medvedva and Sakhanovich. She will be senior eligible next season.

My guess:

Ladies

Strongest candidates are:
Maria Sotskova (if she doesn't move to seniors)
Alexandra Proklova (if she doesn't move to seniors)
Polina Tsurskaya
Alina Soloviova
Аlisa Feditchkina

The remaining spots will be divided between Valeria Mikhailova, Еkaterina Мitrofanova, Diana Pervushkina, Alsou Kayumova, Elizaveta Yushchenko, probably depending who will deliver in the summer at the test skates.

Outsider chance for newly eligible - Victoria Bezrukova, Polina Drynkina, Sofia Istomnina, Alexandra Fomina, Anastasia Kolomiets- they were all reasonably promising a year ago and then hit some problem (injury or puberty) and lost most of the last season. They still have 4-5 months to prepare and we never know, maybe they will sort it out by then. for example, Bezrukova used to get similar mark as Tsurskaya a year ago.

Pairs
Anastasia Gubanova/Аlexei Sinkov
Daria Beklemishcheva/Maxim Bobrov
Anastasia Poluyanova /Stepan Korotkov
Maria Chuzhanova/Denis Mintsev
Ekaterina Borisova /Dmitriy Sopot
Elena Ivanova /Tagir Khakimov

Appollinnaria Panfilova /Maxim Selkin - she is too young for the next season
Alina Solovyova /Viktor Kudryavtsev - he aged out of juniors
Kamila Gainetdinova / Sergey Alekseev - split up

I'm talking about Sotskova. So must be an error on Wikipedia.

Well, she delivered today better than Soloviova... :)

True, but Soloviova has a silver from older novice nationals and bronze from junior B nationals, whereas Mitrofanova has bronze from older novice nationals and 11 th from Russian junior nationals. Mitrofanova was also only sixth at the Russian cup final. Solovieva did only six competitions this season, but on all of them she medaled. Two gold, one silver and three bronze. Pretty decent.

I think they are probably pretty comparable though. I definitely think that Mitrofanova should get two events rather than giving any to Pervushkina and Kayumova.

Excuse my ignorance ^^ but I thought you had to turn 16 to be senior eligible?

I think the rule is that she has to turn 16 during the season in which she is first eligible, which means that she would start the season at 15 and then turn 16 during the season. And the season is from 1.7. Until 30.6.
