Here are the major changes:
The triple toe and salchow got upped by 0.2 each.
3 out of the 5 groups got bumped up by 0.5 on every level.
The throw triple axel got bumped up, so did every quad throws except flip and lutz....
The quads for singles have a GOE that can go down to -4.0 when factored.
Double twists got bumped up by 0.2 and triples, by 0.4, meaning the gap between the two is wider.... and the level 3 and 4 on quads were bumped by 0.5
