Mirai will be competing at the Broadmoor Open (including the Freezer Aerial Challenge) at the time of the Lake Placid comp.

And I am glad that she will be performing in a Lake Placid show in July.

And thank you for motivating me to look at Mirai's schedule -- which says that she will compete at the U.S. Collegiate Championships :yay:.
Esp. cool :cool: b/c she just started her first semester of college.

Well according to her facebook fan page (Which I have spoken to Alaine on Instagram about and asked her who made it/ran it and she told me it was one of her past coaches), Alaine won.

Looks like the same SP dress as last year. Did she keep the same program?

Why the heck won't they release the results. I'm curious as to how the scores went down. I didn't even realize that I knew people competing until a I looked at the entries list. :popcorn:

She hasn't gotten a new SP yet. That's why.

I'm wondering the exact same thing too with the results which is frustrating me.

I will likely see one of the competitors today or tomorrow. If nothing else I can just ask her. It's funny if you think about it:laugh:

Maybe I'll purchase her video and make a jumpamatron for her. Lolz @ $40.00 :shocked:

... Skating a short program to Billy Joel's "New York State of Mind" and a long program to a medley of songs by Queen, Miner turned in two nice performances.

Dominating the Senior Ladies division was 2015 Canadian National Silver Medalist Alaine Chartrand, who won the long program by 11 points. The Senior Ladies division was rounded out by Heidi Munger (second), and Isabelle Dost (third) both of the Skating Club of Boston. ..


Same article has just a few other results -- for younger skaters from Skating Club of Lake Placid.
