i would not be surprised at all...
I thought it was meant to evoke the "King of the world"/"Jack Im flying" bow of the ship scenes.

I think Russia should...
1. Force some of singles skaters to try out pairs skating... so they can go that direction later.
2. Force their pairs skaters to compete internally against each other as singles skaters... and then pair up the stronger ones

I looked at their birth dates and there going to have a problem next season in regards to worlds cause for 2017 worlds, she won't be age-eligible for seniors, but he'll be too old for junior worlds....
That sucks, but it's a small sacrifice to have to pay to miss one Wolrds for long term goals - namely, PyeongChang
