Antonina Dubinina, a russian girl, won the senior event. It seems she tries to get the possibility to skate for Serbia, as she was listed for some international events for Serbia, but always withdrawn. She has 3F and 3Lz.
The other scores are very low... but I'm surprised there is so many clubs in Serbia (at least 4 in Beograd, one in Subotica and one in Novi Sad)
