GS Meetup at Worlds 2016!

I was on a holiday for a few days straight from Worlds and then have been hectic at work since, so apologies for the lateness of this. I just wanted to thank all the people that made meet ups first possible and then so enjoyable. It made Worlds even more wonderful. Thanks to you all!

Agreed, thanks to Sam and Mrs P for organizing the two meetups I attended and it was a pleasure meeting many of you - everyone was so nice and welcoming (and intelligent - are figure skating fans smarter than the average sports fan? LOL)

Although the skating itself was the number one reason to attend, being part of the GS community definitely made the trip more fun and enjoyable.

I'll be at Skate Canada in the fall, so hope to meet other GSers who are going!

Absolutely. I don't know anyone outside of these forums that follows, so it made it more interesting to have folks to talk skating/discuss the competition with. :yes:
