I see great potential here. She is kind of a late bloomer since she hasn't even skated any JGP events despite the fact that she is born in 2000. Anyway, she has had a good and very promising season, although she failed at the Russian Junior Championships where she was only 8th.
She has won two international events this season - The Tallinn Trophy (J) where she scored above 190 points and beat Alisa Fedichkina by 16 points. She also won Leo Scheu Memorial (J). She has also won the Russian Cup final where she again beat Alisa Fedichkina among others. She has been named as a substitute for Junior Worlds.
We will see what the future holds for her but I expect that next season will be her international breakthrough season.

I was actually preparing OP for her but you were ahead of me! How dare you... :eek:hwell: Joking aside, I'm happy there are more people who are seeing great potential in her! Thank you for starting her thread :hap10:

I really hope she'll get 2 JGP next season. She has huge jumps and she's a great artist on ice. Love her!

Thanks for starting this thread! I don't really follow junior skaters but noticed Stanislava because she is trained by same coach as Mikhail Kolyada. She has a potential and I look forward to seeing more of her next season. Now that they have more specialists working with the group (off-ice coach and ice dancer) we will sure see a lot of improvement. Her choreo is interesting.

There's another interview after SP at Cup of Russia.
Translation of the part posted in Kolyada thread:
Interview with Stanislava Konstantinova
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KC08z7YdsZs
She was asked about Misha - what she can learn from him at practices, and what he could learn from her: she answered that Misha is cool-headed in every practice, he is always positive, there're no whims, he is doing everything precise and calm. She was a bit confused to say what he can learn from her, but finally said that may be her practicies are more intensive. That she prepares phisically good, she thinks it gives her a good result.

As I have half made it, I'd like to share my OP. I haven't reached to the past seasons but it's a comprehensive list of all the competitions she attended this season. She had a good season, winning 5 competitions, including 2 international events!

Thanks for the info! Do you happen to know whether someone will replace Polina or not (she's not going right..!?)??

Polina are on the list of skaters who are suppose to skate there but I am pretty sure she will not skate there. Don't know if she will be replaced by other skater.

Love it! I think this lady is even ready to challenge seniors! But I guess she aims for the JGP spots next season.

She will compete in juniors next season and that is why she will compete at the Nationals Elder Age next week. She needs to do well there if she wants to be included in Russia's JGP team because she didn't do well at the Russian Junior Championships.

Congratulations @ stanislava2000 victory! And really I hope that thanks to the victories of the season at the end of Stasya how to pay attention, and do not turn out like this season when she was left without YUGP stages.

I agree with Sharov. She should have got atleast one JGP event this season, probably two. Also, hopefully Russian Fed can count their spots and skaters better in the future because they really messed up there this season and because of that they couldn't use one of their ladies' spot. That was SO stupid mistake by the Russian fed.

Wow what a big win for Stanislava. All she needs is to show she is ready come test skates and I am sure she will get at least hopefully 2 spots.
