My glass is 45 cl, so a bottle of red it is! I can run on Sunday! (once you hit your mid-30s, hangovers tend to last a day longer each year)

Chris and Kana are adorable. I hope they move up in the standings. At the very least, they're setting themselves up well for next season

This team is so amazingly fun and cute  It doesn't hurt that his pink tie is the best thing I've ever seen. So glad they found each other!

Chris Read just showed more personality in that one FD than he ever did skating with his sister. I was charmed. Plus--BILLIE HOLIDAY! Good for them!

Yes and frankly, I can see P/C messing up a twizzles and the judges will still forgive them because everything else they do is on another level.

Frankly, I think the current ice dancing field is more level. I could see that D/W and V/M were clearly a level above the field when they competed, but I don't think this is the case with P/C, at least not yet. You may be correct that the judges cut them more slack than other teams when calling levels, GOE, etc., and you may prefer their style and choreo to others, but "another level"? Sorry I don't see it.

The arena announcer's mouth attempted a level 4 dance lift with her tongue the first time she tried to pronounce Kavita and Panagiotis's names. She got -3 GOE across the board.

Well, I think these two have done themselves proud in their first year together (and in his first year ever as a dancer). I do think they could benefit from a lift specialist going into next year. Otherwise I remain excited by their potential and look forward to seeing what they can do going forward!

The dance thread moves at such a nicer pace than the ladies... I actually have time to read everything, and type, and like comments too

Now that the Germans have gotten that out of their system, let's hope they're given a better, more interesting program. Igor at his most cut and paste. And they really have potential, these two. Keeping an eye on them for the future.

Cecil and Jussi's dresses had me wanting spinach, but Barbora's dress has me hankering for some cabbage.
