It might be wise for Krasnozhon to give up beating Aliev (for now), take out the 4L, and just focus on hitting simpler content en route to 2nd place and a very strong chance at the JGPF

I want to see how Jiri Belohradsky does after Matyas's awesome medal last week. A medal would be tough, especially given there seems to be tougher competition overall here (Aliev, Krasnozhon, Skirda, etc.) but it'd be cool to see him rise in placement vs. his skate in Ostrava.

I don't think that Krasnozhon's can beat Aliev. Aliev has 2 quads. And Krasnozhon's 4L is still imaginary (UR+fall).
Only if Aliev will spoil his quads, and a few other jumps.
So if Krasnozhon's will win it will be not because of his better skating and jumping skills, but because of Aliev's failure.

Yay, finally an event I can follow live again. I was too busy running around last weekend for most of the JGP and haven't really caught up (most of the videos seemed to have audio issues, oddly enough).
I guess there's some senior competition going on? May have to give that a miss again, I am sort of prefering the juniors at the moment... I get the sense the amount of annoying modern songs-with-lyrics is a lot lower in the juniors. ;-)

IMHO there are more interesting skaters in this competition than in the men's event at Nebelhorn, so you are making the right choice. ;)

Same reason I came back here tonight. But, tomorrow morning, it'll definitely be the Nebelhorn for me! :agree:

Thank you again for letting me know about a certain somebody being there! ;)

Kewl, I'll stick with the juniors then. I'd like to save the newness of the senior programs for the GP season, anyway. :agree:

And now that I've seen the start list... there's Ilia Skirda. I think I was totally amazed by him before. Cool!

Real pity about the pop. Because that was really good otherwise.

Not sure about the horses neighing. Or about the music in general.

But that look at the end.

Beautiful Kevin. Just beautiful.

The only thing I can complain about is the edit of the music in the middle.

Really regretting not putting him higher in my predictions now.

Not a fan of his music cuts...the music takes too long to get going. A little cautious, but I do think he is improving. Still prefer Matyas, though.
