2016 NHK Trophy TV and Livestream

Any info?

Really poor coverage on Polish Eurosport. Maybe British will be better, but other sports has taken over in Eurosport Schedule next weekend.

The Russians seem to be showing everything live, apart from the men because F1 has precedence. They are airing it delayed though as soon as that finishes.

British ES is an absolute mess that I refuse to contemplate.

My one-month subscription to the eurosport player ran out today. I haven't made a lot of use of it this past month, because most of the time I just didn't have time to watch live, but I'm considering getting another month. I'm assuming(!) NHK is available on the ISU stream in the player, as all the other events have been, but would definitely like confirmation before paying.

For some reason the ISU Channel did not work for me on the Eurosport Player this week. That wasn't that much of a problem, since I didn't want to watch the COC Gala anyway and everything else was live on Eurosport 2. But I'm afraid that it will happen again this week for NHK. My subscription is until the 27th. Not sure if I renew, but there is the GPF to think of. As it is in Marseille I'm positive they'll show a lot, at least on 2.

sport.tvp.pl will be streaming live of mens, ladies and pairs free

British Eurosport Player has the ISU channel, at least on Friday. (I wish they'd be consistent with the ISU channel - It wasn't there for CoC SP's last Friday, but did show up on Saturday...)

Anyway, no NHK Short Dance scheduled (so far), but there is live Pairs SP (5:20am UK), Ladies SP (7:10am UK), and Mens SP (10:05am UK)

Live Mens SP is also showing on the British Eurosport TV broadcast channel ie. with commentary.

Eurosport Turkey hasn't moved over to the new TV listings page. It still uses the old TV listings page!!!

Eurosport Asia and Eurosport Australia both still have the old TV listings page as well as the new one:

Unfortunately, these two regions don’t have Eurosport 2. And they do not show Figure Skating! :disapp:

But, one good thing with these versions still having the old pages was that I was able to access the drop down menu listing which version was distributed to each country. And that formed the basis of the country column of my table.

I have no idea what is going on, but any time I have tried to access the Hungarian version of the Eurosport Player website the past few days, I have been getting an “Invalid URL” message.

And whenever I tried to access the Bulgarian, Portuguese and Serbian versions of Eurosport Player via the logical addresses, I have been getting “website not found” messages.

I did manage to get into the Russian Eurosport Player website. But, whenever I tried to click into the TV Schedule page, it re-directed me to the British Eurosport site. So, I couldn’t test out the search facility.

So, if anybody in these countries could let me know if they have a local Eurosport Player, and what the address for the TV Guide on it is, I would really appreciate it.

Still more than what Polish ES is offering :scowl: Good thing TVP Sport will be at least covering all events on Saturday, otherwise I could watch live only two events at TV, namely Men SP & FP.... and there is Lady SP repeat on Friday, and that's all. There's a lot of U20 Women Football, Alpine Ski, Bundesliga nad Ski jumping this weeknd. And I love Ski jumping, but we already have it covered on public TV, unlike other sports, so we don't really need these repeats on Saturday during day on ES, when they're showng it live on Friday anyway. :scowl:

I'm guessing maybe the reason you didn't see the short dance listed is because it's not actually on Friday, but Saturday.
It does now show ice dance SD on the ISU stream listing in the player in the Netherlands, starting at 4:45 am and ending at 5:10 am (UK 3:45-4:10). Obviously the ending time is incorrect, but I've seen that happen a couple of times before. I'm fairly confident the whole short dance will be aired, followed by the three FS events on Saturday morning, until 2 pm (1 pm UK).

I'm definitely signing up for another month of the stream now. The only event I cannot possibly watch live via the stream is the Ladies FS, but that one gets aired on television, so I can just record it. :thumbsup: Although nothing is better than live coverage on television.

So it is! :-D It is now showing in the ISU channel schedule of British Eurosport Player (with the same incorrect end time that you saw...)

I too, am paying for another month of subscription...

As always (except for SC), CBC will live stream it too. For those in Canada or using a proxy
