Sorry, but there is nothing to "fear". She is not better than any junior girl, actually, there are even better juniors right now :shrug:

Well I see it this way: As you can see this season and last season, whenever she skates clean or even makes a mistake, she has an unbelievably high scoring potential. Her scores have been insane ever since Skate America last year. I think her scores are (mainly) what should be "feared", along with her consistency.

And what's wrong with her ice coverage and presence? For me both are OK. She is tiny, she has no long feet and arms but still is good.

Her step sequence was invalidated at Skate Canada for not covering enough of the rink (http://www.rockerskating.com/news/2016/10/31/opining-on-2016-skate-canada-early-season-missteps). As for her height, Midori Ito was 4' 9" and became the first woman in history to land a triple axel. I enjoy Satoko's skating, but am tired of hearing her height being used as an excuse for small jumps and less ice coverage.
