Guys! What's going on? Nugumanova withdrew? I was so happy to see another version of Swan Lake (Prokofieva?) and ... boooom, she is out of competition :scratch2:? I hope she gets back on to Junior Nats. By the way, I don't know what happen to her ... at the JFGP she had some problems both SP and FS. The last change (Mishin puts another 3S instead second 3LZ) in her FS program hasn't work so well, maybe Mishin must review this decision and get back to 3Lz+2T 3Lz (even with a lot of problems with Lutz jumps).

I still don't get how these skaters manage not to fall ill in such harsh weather conditions. Kudos to them all.

Anyway, Hungarian Sport 1 and Sport 2 channels will broadcast the whole event (for the first time ever!), so if anyone needs link, let me know and I'll send them.

I don't think that Nugumanova withdrew at all! According to this list published earlier today (already yesterday here), she's in, together with 16 other girls (I assume there wasn't enough time to call in a substitute for Lipnitskaya...?):

p.s.
The only reference I could find reporting Nugumanova's withdrawal is this: https://tulup.ru/forum/topic/34091/message454298.html (but it's only a simple message on a forum, I'd wait for a confirmation from known sources before considering it more than that...just my two cents...)

There is no Samodurova on your list.

Yep, that's why I pointed out that Nugumanova was in that list together with SIXTEEN other girls (instead of 17, which would've made the total of 18 participants as originally planned). The list was published around 10 hours ago, so I'd humbly suggest we wait and see if there are any developments in the next hours ;)

Where can I follow the Russian Nationals in English?

ESPN 3 will be showing it with English speaking announcers. If you have cable or satellite, you have access to ESPN 3. You would have to watch online or stream through something like Apple TV.

So lucky! I'd like a link, please, just in case other streams won't work for me :)

Anyone here attended Rus Nats practice sessions before? Or only accredited journalists/photographers can attend?
