The fancystats techscore internet page is happening again, so the broadcast bar probably is as well.

What is the fancystats page?

I've linked to it in the original post of this and the other championship threads. Basically NBC Sports' live scoring page.

Thanks for answering, Mrs. P. That's exactly what I meant but forgot to be clearer. Oops.

figurefan, I started calling it fancystats when they first launched it last year because it was more detail than we'd ever gotten live, and I was borrowing the term from my hockey friends who use it for actual statistical analysis.

I have NBC and NBCSN. So the schedule says that the ladies sp starts at like 6pm, but NBCSN says that the program will start at 6:35pm LIVE. So, I don't know if I'm going to miss some skaters or just see fluff pieces and the group 1 warm up.

Outside of the obvious few, I'm excited to see Megan Wessenberg. She's the other one that caught my eye on the jr circuit.

You're talking Pacific Time, right? (Specifying time zones are helpful when the event is Central and everyone else is all over the country)

The official schedule says the event starts at 8:05 PM Central (9:05 Eastern/6:05 Pacific) but that does usually mean there'll be event intros and warmups and fluff to deal with. There's 2.5 hours of broadcast scheduled, which should be more than enough time to show everyone (they can fluff during the zamboni breaks if they have to!) but inevitably some groups are chacked.

Usually the broadcast joins just in time to catch the beginning of whichever group they're starting with (which HOPEFULLY will be Group 1) since apparently "Curling Night In America" is scheduled for the 2 hours before skating starts.

Oddly, my TV's guide lists the start time at 9:30 PM ET (6:30 PT) but NBCSN's website says 10 PM ET (7 PT)

Thanks. Can you tell me how the group is divided? Because on icenetwork it just says the starting orders. Sorry if I'm just rumbling you with questions. [emoji28]

Look in the first post of the thread at the starting order (the one pasted directly in the post). The dashed lines show where the groups split.
