At Nationals each year, there are some signature events including: Hall of Fame Induction. Reader's Choice Award with the Presentation of the Michelle Kwan Trophy. Both take place either on-ice, or rink side during evening events usually.
For Hall of Fame - I believe there is no ceremony planned. PETER BURROWS, legendary coach, was named posthumously and as the only inductee during 2017, will be inducted during Nationals 2018.
The 2016-17 Readers' Choice Award is going to MAIA & ALEX SHIBUTANI.
