The LIVE coverage is due to start on Eurosport 2 at the top of the hour (10:00 GMT). So, at the start of Group 2.

Until then, there is just the ISU Channel on the Eurosport Player.

In Holland, yes, but only starting after they've finished airing the Pairs recap. In 43 minutes from now, according to the keeps-changing Eurosport schedule.

edit: that is 10:51 am (or 9:51 UK time), not 11/10 am.
