The clips made me go back and watch his performances at Worlds 2018. How he teared up after the SP and and the satisfaction after the FS always get me. He was a hero there. I remember being very worried about Japan’s Worlds spots and that I could breath again after he skated.

His schedule is indeed crazy. I hope he won’t be too exhausted. But then again, didn’t he have a competition a week before Worlds in 2018 as well? So I’m going to be optimistic about this :agree:

Yes, you're absolutely right. Back then, he did Coup de Printemps and Worlds back-to-back. So, yes, let's for the same result this year, too!

BTW, he'll be at PIW Hiroshima tomorrow and Sunday! Hopefully we'll get lots of cute pics :luv17:

I must say I can't stop watching his 4lo video. It's such a gorgeous jump, with beautiful flow, and did you see that tight air position?

Kazuki skated today at PIW Hiroshima. He performed Freaks but apparently there were some changes in the choreo! The reports say it looks even better and all his jumps were beautiful (I assume the EX layout is the same 3A 3F 3A). He appeared at the finale wearing the Chroma costume, and did a 3-3 (the tweet didn't specify but most likely 3F3T). When he greeted the public, everyone was congratulating him on the 4lo :)

Kazuki skated 'Freaks' again at today's PIW Hiroshima show, again with the new, improved choreo and layout 4S 3A 3A (all beautifully landed). It seems that in total he landed three 3As, in addition to the 4S. The boy is really on fire!

I have lots of PIW pics to share, please bear with me

Yassssss that's great news! His BFFs Sota and Mitsuki will be there too! :luv17:

And Chisato Uramatsu too :luv17: I loved her performances at JGP and Japanese Nationals this year

Now I'm going crazy because I really want to go and I can't! Flights are still cheap but I know I will be superbusy with my job in march :(

Is someone here thinking about going too?

I am, if I can. The chance to see both Sota and Kazuki is a rare one. I am so hoping I can go! I could finally put my last blank banner to good use, and have Kazuki's name printed on it. ^ ^

Not gonna lie, I'm extremely tempted to go to Coupe des Printemps, too! It will depend a lot on schedule and prices, though

Did you know that Chisato trains at Naniwa and is also coached by Hiraike-sensei? :luv17:

Hate to sound like a negative nelly but Kockelscheuer seems like a terrible location for a skating event. No direct flights from my country, small town, no map whatsoever on their website showing accommodation options in the vicinity, no public transport but some buses which is good enough for skaters who have specially designated buses but not so much for fans returning late at night to a hotel who knows how far away... Just SMH why prestigious competitions are even held in heavenforsaken places like this one, it feels so unsafe to me. Slovakia's Bratislava seems like a world class destination compared to this spot. I guess I'll make my attendance decision based solely on whether I manage to find any hotels with vacancies within a reasonable distance when tickets are made available. I'd love to go to support Kazuki and Sota but we'll see.

Yes! I saw he was with her in Zagreb and at Japanese Nationals; but I'm not sure he's her main coach and that her training base is only Naniwa cause her skating club is Chukyo. Feimeicheng told me on Instagram that Chisato's coach is an "old lady", maybe the one that was with her in Chelyabinsk? Maybe this lady can't travel all the time due to her age and for this reason we see Hiraike coach with Chisato, I don't know. :scratch2: Anyway Chisato has a beautiful charming smile and I love her Miss Saigon program :luv17: sorry for the OT but she doesn't have a FanFest yet

Oh really? It doesn't seem too bad for me since there's a bus departing from Luxembourg railway station that takes to the rink, but I'm used to italian public transport and also to the organization of Lombardia Trophy :noshake: so just having a website for the event seems really really good for me ... but I have to admit that, since the possibility to attend for me is remote, I haven't checked yet if there are hotels nearby and I didn't even give a proper look at the bus schedule.

Oh no Surimi! Perhaps you can try a flight to Paris or Brussels and then go to Luxembourg City by train?

About public transport, as Giu said, there is a bus that goes from Luxembourg City centre directly to the rink - they say it takes about 20 min which doesn't sound too bad, I think! It seems the rink is the last stop which also helps - less risk of getting off at the wrong stop and getting lost!

Right, I guess I have been spoiled by the few events I've been to so far, which all worked really perfectly and were easily accessible for me. ;) I'll just sit back and wait for the ticket prices to show up.
Has anyone here been to Luxembourg before? It's reassuring to read that the bus from the venue covers quite a few places, maybe the distances won't be as horrible as I thought.

With all the excitement about Coupe du Printemps, I forgot to share the links for Kazuki's Daft Punk performance at the Nagoya Festival! Gosh, I love this EX so much

I've never been to Luxembourg, but yeah, I don't think the distances are that great. If I go, I'll most likely look for accommodation in Luxembourg City centre and just go to the venue by bus.
