Yun-Kyung Kam

I think she deserves her own thread, she's one of the most talented Korean juniors and may be darkhorse of JGP this year if she will skate her best. Just age-egible for JGP this season and earned 2 events this week at the Korea Challenge/ JGP Qualification, she was 4th with score 165.88 (2nd in short, 4th in free).

She was 6th at the 2017 South Korea nationals, won Junior nationals last year. She was also second at the Asian Open Trophy (in Advanced Novice category) after You Young. She's great jumper and spinner but lacks expressiveness and performance qualities. She's still so young and inexperienced so I hope this year, she will gain more confidence and will become better skater and get some good results :luv17:

i loveeee her!!!! technically she is great, love her jumps, love her spins! there are always things to improve but she is great to watch :luv17:

Crying forever.:sad21: And on her debut season no less..I can only pray it's not serious and that she can come back strong.

She's also out of entries at JGP Poland :hopelessness: I hope she's doing ok, I have no information what's going on

really upset that we wont see her compete during JGP but her health is more important:hap85: i hope its nothing serious and wish her speed recovery :agree:

Has Yun Kyung retired after the injury last year? She hasn't been competing this season.... has she?
