It is a very nice jacket! Doesn't have the traditional red and white colours of the Spanish Riding School, though, so I'm guessing it's not a purchase from their stud at Piber, which is only about 40km from Graz - close enough for a morning visit. I hope she did get to see the Lipizzaners at Piber! I am also squinting at the lapel pin, trying to work out what it is, because they do sell jewellery.

The jacket was a special gift for the winner, awarded at the small medal ceremony after the FS. (https://www.instagram.com/p/B7yQRGfJ4mc/) I guess it's some sort of traditional Austrian jacket; the announcer says something about it being in ... style, but I can't really make out what he says. It looks pretty good though.

By the way, does anyone have a link to the "FK" interview? Apparently there is one with Aliona, similar to this one with Sasha: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szZ3gu0FL7I. Can't find it anywhere, though.

The episode was never released. No word on why 😭

Luckily we got a cute and charismatic interview of Aliona and Anna this weekend, but I still wish the game show would come out... I kind of stopped holding out hope about a month ago

I need to check more slowmo... taking back my word on nerves being the cause of the fall then :eek:: but i really felt something was wrong when she didn't put her smug vampire face in the choreo break, because i love that part the most it gets me so excited :party2:

now counting 49 days before Worlds, such a long wait... :dance2:

So when Aliona was interviewed at the airport, she said she was going to learn how to waltz, "Because we got in such situation that we don't know how to dance waltz, and we need to fix that." :biggrin:

Absolutely. We all know how good friend they are to each other. Alenka cheered for Alyona on her Instagram every competition Alyona went to this season. And that photo with two of them wrapped in Russian flag is indeed the cutest ever.
However I just cannot help imagine what if Alenka didn’t switch to Eteri in the first place. She could have had a promising career.

Delightful as always, and I have to say her combinations with an euler in the middle are so fast that for a split-second I think the euler is a step out before I realise what it is!

I am laughing about her going to learn the waltz on the very same day - when she sets her mind to something, she really does commit to it! And thank you for the interview video, Edwin. Aliona is so animated, with her voices and her expressions. What a charmer!
