They always used to allow them in the past, didn't they? I wonder why the change?

Apparently they do not want the programs to be seen before the test skates. I bet they would have cancelled the open test skates too if they could :rolleye:

Junior Ladies, top 3 of 16.
Fpl Name Birth Score SP FS
1 Victoria Safonova 2003 171.47 1 1
2 Ksenia Sinitsina 2004 165.56 2 2
3 Alena Kanysheva 2005 158.80 3 3

Victoria Safonova 171.47 - so low score for absolutely clean skating, all positive GOE, no popped elements, 3 triples in SP, 7 triples in FS, 3F+3T in SP, 3Lz+3T in FS.
Good girl, nice skating, but always underscored - too tall, 175 cm or taller (she is 14, born 08 May 2003), so she is not treated as promising.

Junior Men, top 3 of 9.
Fpl Name Birth Score SP FS
1 Matvey Vetlugin 2003 179.93 6 1
2 Ilya Yablokov 2003 173.28 5 2
3 George Kunitsa 2003 167.93 2 3

I rememeber this girl. I saw a few videos with her and I liked that. But what about her scores - it's not because she's tall, Polina Tsurskaya is tall too, but always got 175-190 at local competitions. For other example I can say that Valeria Mikhailova (or ABBA girl) has the same situation. She isn't tall. She do all jumps clean, but always get low scores. But somehow I agree with the judges.

Now I more curious about the new generation. I know 2005 year talents: Sofia Moroz and Alena Kanysheva. But I'm not sure about their future.

Also I know talented super-cutie Kamila Valieva (2006). Is there someone new?

I know them all, I've seen any of them at local competitions several times.

Polina Tsurskaya was not so tall as Safonova and had super quality jumps. She was Junior leader of Russia, her highest score at competitions in Russia 210.04 (JrNats 2016).

Valeria Mikhailova - she is not very high level (for Russia), I believe her not so high scores are adequate.

Sofia Moroz - she skated at 1st Event of StPetersburg Cup few days ago, score 189.74. Good skating.
Alena Kanysheva - she was not so stable past season. 20 Aug 2017 she got only 158.80, serious mistakes both SP and FS.
Kamila Valieva - very good past season, this season she did not compete.

For few days (next Tuesday) will start Moscow Open Junior Championships, and I hope to see alive a lot of good young girls.
