I believe it's very possible that some measure of abuse exists at her rink. I don't care if there's little evidence to suggest this. Her training methods are all or nothing, and the way she talks about her students, it's very obvious that she disregards these children's social-emotional needs at the cost of gold. So yes, she produces wonderful child champions, but ask yourself at what cost?

You may find some info in different YT interviews and videos, they show facilities, describe a bit of history, how they build a rink, added a gym, started with pairs, acquired Eteri with her group from another school, presented small personal room for her only lately, there is even detailed weekly schedule of the rink, where Tutberidze trains.
I remember Yulia giving short tours for journalists in 2014, then Zhenya last year, it's all divided in many interviews/tv pieces, giving some picture of quite modest conditions, if you ask me.

Pairs? Do they have any good pairs right now? No one comes to my mind...

I'm completely uninterested in pairs, but I think I've read somewhere some pair group has actually left "Krustalnyi" rink recently, but I'm not sure.

Honestly, Eteri looks very emotional and fragile in her personal life. And the drama of her daughter I don't think it is something easy to carry on...

Eteri reminds me of Bela and Marta Karolyi.

She is tough for sure, and can use harsh language. What I found most interesting is how Evgenia idolizes her and wants to be like her.

She is kinda similar to them! I remember years ago after reading about some of the Karolyi training methods thinking would never let them coach child of mines. A couple of years ago I watched this documentary about Eteri and Medvedeva and though the same thing. They were telling this story about a young Medvedeva falling on a jump and Eteri dragging her across the ice since according to Eteri she liked being down there so much. Medvedeva was laughing remembering this story, but I was kinda disturbed by it.

No, Eteri is no where near the level of the Karolyis, but I am not saying she is the most ‘perfect’ coach either.
The documentary you are referring to mentioned that zhenya used to fall on her jumps and was not consistent. Then Eteri dragged her around on the ice by her arms or scruff? and zhenya did not like that. ( Eteri said something like ‘ if you like being down so much, here you go, now you are down, do you like it?’ ) something along those lines. And zhenya didn’t like it and so improved on her jumps and her consistency.
Eteri also said that this method only worked with zhenya, it was OTHER kids who laughed and thought it was funny.

Daniil Gleykhengauz: "Your athletes should be certain that you're their rock"

To be more precise, he proposed that Eteri invite me, gave her my phone number, and it was her initiative to call me and invite me to try out. It feels like yesterday, but it was almost four years ago.

Of course, we have off ice work too. We have warm ups, choreography classes, jazz classes. We have two groups - younger skaters and senior skaters, - each group has two on-ice sessions, an hour and a half long each, so overall it's six hours.
When on the ice everyone works with everyone, we don't have individual lessons and all coaches - Eteri, Sergei Viktorovich (Dudakov), and I - we all are responsible for all aspects. Whether it is skating skills and I start working with them, both Eteri and Sergei Viktorovich make comments and remarks, or we work on jumps and also, all three of us will correct mistakes. This way everyone gets enough attention. Of course, if there is some exhibition program we need to work on, I can take this skater for the next session and work with him individually, to choreograph the number or to perfect certain details like step sequences. But in general all the work is divided equally among all three of us.

Video of press conference dedicated to olympic results of figure skating:

What do the skaters call Eteri - "Coach", or by her first name, or something else? (I'm a non Russian speaker.)

And not with a honorific term like "Coach", "Madam"?
Never in personal conversation. But they may use "coach" talking with a third person, like:
"Guys, why are you in this class room?"
"Because our coach told us to wait her here"

Seems some Philippenes skaters train in Tutberidze group now. And it's not for first or second time. And as I remember Daniil and Sergey flied last year to Philippenes for coaching. Does anybody know something more about the relations between Tutberidze team and Philippenes?
