I'm so happy that such a deserving skater has a FanFest! I was so happy that she got the Olympic spot :)

From Deniss's fanfest - Team Champery with their Olympic jackets :)

Fingers crossed Diana can rebuild her confidence after Euros and do herself proud at the Olympics :hap10: :cheer2:

Congrats to Diana for a great performance today and a season's best result! I love the rock chick look for her, and I've never seen her look so happy and powerful when skating. I hope she can lean into her power skater's physique next season and really take off for the stars - this sport needs more tall, strong, confident young women from small federations showing the world what they can do.

Beautiful performance from Diana, she found mental strenght to overcome her bad EC experience and showed genuine fighter spirit.
And she looks so pretty in her costume, she has gorgeous lines and with her height she stands out as one of the slenderest skaters.

Saying that...

I had my heart broken seeing Diana so happy with her performance, while her TES was dropping dramatically... She didn'd deserve such an icy shower and I pray she won't lose her self-confidence after that. Judges were very strict today, but I feel there is something wrong with scoring fall from 31.81 to 26.35 while UR is not visible even in slow-mo. And I will never understand how is possible to differ by almost 2 points in PCS judging. I'm sorry, I'm angry and understand why Stephane was so mad to lose his temper and say it loud (what is very unlikely from him).

I think the most important for Diana was the fact that she have done all the jumps. She won herself - after such a bad performance at EC.

With no doubt it was and I believe she shows her strenght soon again. Worlds will be a good opportunity to present her FS at last :)

According to what Steph said,
Diana will not be at the World Championships.

I was sure that she's got minimum TES for WC. And she has, but obtained in junior competitions not senior and it apparently counts. Double bad luck...
