A short interview about Krasnoyarsk. Nastya says that they feel more comfortable in Seniors because the sport is getting younger every year. They are reasonably happy with their skate although not everything was ideal. Now they are going to have a short break and get ready for the Challenger in Austria on 11-18 November.

She had a messy 3S in SP but that was the only mistake at the Alpen Trophy. Their FS was really great, their FS TES was about 70 points. Great Job. Their total score was a bit below 193 points.

No videos on Youtube but the streams are still viewable.

Their SP will start at 5h 9m mark.

Their FS will start at 5h 48m mark. There are victory ceremonies at the end.

Big Elements, Big Jumps and more expressive

they will be russian top pair team very soon. T/M better watch out next season, Mishina is more consistent than Tarasova and Galliamov is one of the most expressive male pair skaters (hes even better than Mishina imo), while Morozov is kind of bland sorry.

Will they be sent to both Euros and Senior Worlds ?
but what about Juniors ? I think piars can still do both like with Duskova / Bidar

If they qualify at the Senior Nationals, of course they will. And yes, skater may do both Junior and Senior Worlds. The only restriction is Grand Prix surcuit where they must choose either Junior or Senior one.

Congratulations on the win :clapper: Hopefully they manage to gain a bit more speed in their skating. And they were a bit too concentrated on the elements to perform the program to the full extent. But the 3S-eu-3S was rotated second time this season! And their consistency is amazing, and is not due to the girl being tiny and pre-puberty either. Whatever fountain it comes from can they please lead more skaters to it? Nastya is such a perfectionist but in her case it seems to work to their advantage. Sasha seems to be able to manage her and must be sufficiently hardworking and focused himself to survive Nastya's drive.

Juniors are doing so much better with jumps than seniors, especially if you consider P/K juniors which they really come across as to be honest. There is a junior pair recently formed from singles which has both 3F and 3Lz. Not surprising considering the wealth of jump talent in Russian girls, it had to start dripping through since just having all triples and 3-3 doesn't get you anywhere any more. They have participated in local competitions but they have barely got their pair elements together and it's unclear whether they'll work out in pairs yet. But pairs with 3F and 3Lz (+3T) will almost certainly happen. ISU might cut the number of jumps then though.

It's amusing with Galliamov because some see him as having progressed enormously and others nowhere near sufficiently.

well Galliamov is progressing faster than Mishina, and certainly he is more expressive that Morozov.
He is actually the anchor of their pair not her.

He needed to progress faster since he was way behind her when they got together. She is the leader and the driving force of that pair which is good because she has that kind of personality and otherwise they'd butt heads like they did with Mirzoev. Plus I think pairs where the woman gets to lead work better.
