What is 4 nationals? Which countries? Thanks.

It's the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Poland. Since they're all pretty small federations, they combined their individual national competitions into one big competition. Obviously there are individual podiums for each country, but all of the skaters from each federation compete together.

Next year I'm taking two weeks off in December. I want to watch all the national competitions.

More national champions (I'll make a more comprehensive list soon):

Italy: Alessia Tornaghi 174.39 (unfortunately she's not eligible for seniors by a couple of days)

Sweden: Matilda Algotsson 169.11

Latvia: Angelina Kuchvalska 128.68

I would like to say that Alessia Tornaghi and Lucrezia Beccari both have great potential. Which one will be sent to junior worlds?

I also think that there’s this Italian coach who seems very mean; she coaches Beccari and newbie senior Elisabetta Leccardi.

Elisabetta Leccardi’s coach is not the same as Lucrezia’s. Lucrezia’s is Franca Bianconi. who coaches also Matteo Rizzo and coached Roberta Rodeghiero. She coached Valentina Marchei, both as single and in pair with Ondrej Hotarek.

That's Marilu Guarnieri. I don't know a lot about her, so I don't want to pass judgement but she sometimes behaves in the K&C like Anna Tsareva.

Finninsh Championships bronze medalist Jenni Saarinen 159.79, her PB. It is nationals, but based on protocols I think it is quite ok. She won Emmi Peltonen at FS. Emmi still has problems with the jumps.

Edit: I forgot. Emmi is now coached by Stephane Lambiel in Switzerland, where her father lives, and continues with Sirkka Kaipio in Finland. So she is coahched no more by Rafael Arutunian. Reason is the long distance from Finland.

Do we have a video of Tornaghi's kiss and cry from Nationals? cause at Christmas Cup there was Viktoria Volchkova with her, i wonder if she changed coach recently and maybe she is now training in Moscow.

Her ISU's page is not updated apparently.

Whatever they are doing there it is working, her technique is far improved this season.

They didn't say. Whoever the sponsor is, they must really believe she has potential.

Too bad most of the European ones take place at the same weekend in the same time zone :p

Fundacja Mentor Sport - fundation of the company owned by ex president of Polish Fed - Marek Kaliszek (yes father of Natalia from ice dance).
