Aretha Franklin...anything would be great but I am hoping for:
-duet with George Michael - I knew you were wating for me (pairs, dance)
- Who's Zooming Who for a short program
-Respect of course
-Freedom...

Also, still hoping for Skye Boat Song from Outlander...

Call me mainstream but I would love to see someone skate to “call out my name” by The Weeknd, and an exhibition to “Vienna” by Billy Joel . I have many songs on my mind but these 2 are my top (now) . I have imagined my self quite often skating to these songs 😂😂 since I can’t someone else should !!!

Wagner did Vienna by Billy Joel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xI1Ob99Aiik

Bearing in mind that I don't have to work out the cut so...

An adaptation of some of the really lovely music from the TV series Merlin.

A soundtrack by James Newton Howard (Dreamcatcher and The Devil's Advocate come to mind)

Before he announced something we'd never thought of, I suggested that Yuzurufollow the swan theme with Elena Kats-Chernin's Wild Swans Ballet... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=llTU538pA5g
and still think it would be glorious.

Adaptations of one of the really good games soundtracks (Journey, Elder Scrolls, Assassins Creed etc - if someone has, tell me!)

And on a totally serious note,

- I would still pay for Yuzuru and Patrick Chan to have trolled everyone with a joint gala version of "Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better..."

- and if we have to sit through umpteen tangos, someone needs to do Kuroneko no tango... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HS5g69mI2aA
...just to make the whole thing more fun.

Post-rock is criminally underused in figure skating (I don't remember post-rock programs at all, even EXs). Something from God is an Astronaut or Explosions in the Sky, or There Will Be Fireworks. Also, electronic music is way too rare.

Also, Moonrise Kingdom soundtrack can be appropriate for "coming of age" program for 15-16 y.o. skater.

:agree: I want someone to do a program to Hungry Ghosts music, like Three Sisters. Or something a bit grittier, like Saltillo - Remember Me. Or A Necessary End. So underrated.

I agree with you ... it's yet vastly unexplored area and I really like such music. But then again Figure Skating tends to be behind the times unless it's something that gets lots of exposure like La La Land

That'd make me very happy indeed.

Giselle's music is a work of art. It is so emotional. I'd like to see it but I don't want it to be butchered ^^

I have been wanting a charismatic Jr. boy to skate to the Never Ending Story theme song, portraying Atreyu. I wanted it for Deniss Vasiljevs, but well, he is by now too grown up. Perhaps for Daniil Samsonov now.

This would be a great fun program that would require some spunk but could also be seen as lyrical and emotional. Please....someone do this program

same here! the adagio would be such a great long program for a lyrical skater who can embody the otherworldy lightness of a sprite.
