Minerva Fabienne Hase and Nolan Seegert are pair skaters representing Germany. Minerva was born on 10 June 1999 in Berlin, Germany. Nolan was born on 11 July 1992 in Berlin, Germany.

They are three-time German champions (2019, 2020, 2021) and were bronze medalists at the 2019 Rostelecom Cup.

Before teaming up with Nolan in 2014, Minerva skated in singles and in January 2016, she finished 5th in the junior ladies' category at the German Youth Championships. Nolan skated previously with Karolin Salatzki and Vanessa Bauer.

The team has won several international medals, including bronze at two ISU Challenger Series events, and competed at three ISU Championships. In July 2018, Hase/Seegert received their first Grand Prix invitations. They will compete at the 2018 Skate America and 2018 Internationaux de France.

Minerva and Nolan are coached by Romy Oesterreich, Rico Rex, and Dmitri Savin. Coach Romy Oesterreich (nee Kermer) is the 1976 Olympic silver medalist (with Rolf Oesterreich) competing for East Germany. Coach Rico Rex competed at the Olympic level in Pair Skating.

Although Minerva and Nolan have already been skating together several seasons, they have not had their own thread. I decided to create it to celebrate the invitation to their first GP events: Skate America and Internationaux de France. I wish them all the best and I hope this season they will move at least in the European ranks. Also, their internal competition with Hocke/Blommaert will be interesting to follow. Their first direct confrontation: Skate America.

I really like this team and I've been following their development for a while. She is such a tall, elegant skater and they certainly have caught my attention.

I'm glad they got GP events and that they now have their own fan fest :yay:

At the moment the cards are being reshuffled, especially from a German point of view - suspense is in the air!

Minerva in the deep valley of the death spiral ...
Even deeper would be in hell!

What do the judges actually want to see, what didn't suit them again? Never mind. It was always great to see them together on the ice, such a nice couple!

Minerva & Nolan - just fight on, on and on - never give up the hope for a medal!

A bit of a belated reaction to this one: she's not tall at all. Perhaps for a Pairs skater girl she is, but in reality she isn't. She's about my size (but a bit slimmer) and I'm considered to be small compared to my friends. But elegant she is, definitely. I'm a fan of theirs and was so pleased to see them live at the Challenge cup earlier this year.

A little late but I wish to congratulate them on winning the Nebelhorn Trophy last week. They may not have won the FS, but they showed a lot of improvements compared to the last time I saw them. After all their injuries last season, this must have been such a happy occasion for them even if it wasn't perfect yet.

Article and short video on rbb website (radio and TV station for Berlin/Brandenburg), published 01/01/2022:

In the video you can see König and Rex in the background.
In the vid Hase says, they are very satisfied with the season, never been so strong, win of DEU Championship icing on the cake.
Nolan: Training in Russia takes them further, Russian Pair skating is very strong, they train with Pairs that are equally good or better.
Hase: You sacrifice everything just for getting there, and now we are glad, that everything worked out. Somehow, we achieved our goal [with ticket to OG].

Nolan is tested positive for covid. I´m so sorry for them. They missed last worlds due to Minerva´s injury and now they will probably miss the Olympics, too. :(

Oh, no. I wish he had two positive tests and took part at least in individual competition.
Do you mean two negative tests? Maybe they can still take part in the individual comp, 2 weeks away. I hope so.!!
