Audrey Lu and Misha Mitrofanov are pair skaters representing the USA. They are the 2021 Golden Spin champions, the 2020 Skate America bronze medalists and the 2022 US National bronze medalists and the 2021 US National pewter medalists. They are also the 2018 CS U.S. International Classic silver medalists and 2018 U.S. national junior champions. The pair placed fifth at the 2018 World Junior Championships.

Audrey was born on 30 August 2002 in Dallas, Texas, USA.

Misha was born on 12 June 1997 in Madison, Wisconsin, USA.

Before teaming up with Audrey in May 2016, Misha skated with Emily Chan and Ashley Raymond.

Their first season together (2016/17) ended very early (in November) after Mitrofanov dislocated his shoulder at the Midwestern Sectional Championships. He underwent shoulder surgery and resumed training after six months. In the 2018/2019, season they debuted in seniors and were invited to two Grand Prix events (2018 NHK Trophy and 2018 Internationaux de France). In the 2019/20 season, they concluded their season at the 2020 U.S. Championships, where they finished sixth.

They are coached by Alexei Letov in Plano, Texas.

That's the first senior year of this young American couple in the seniors category. They already skated in two Challengers (US Classic and Nebelhorn Trophy) where they skated really well. Since shortly we'll see them in the GP circuit, I've decided to open them their own thread. Good luck in Japan and France!

Just wanted to drop in and say that I really enjoyed their performance today. Yes, I know there are lots of things to work on, but they show a lot of promise, and were very nice to watch :agree:
