Chelsea Liu also known as Liu Jiaxi (Chinese: 刘家希), born December 31, 1999, in Mashal, Missouri, and Ian Meyh, born December 31, 1999, are pairs skaters who represented the USA in season 2018-19.

They teamed up in 2018 after Chelsea's split with Brian Johnson (now skating with Jessica Calalang). Chelsea's former partners were Devin Perini and Brian Johnson. Ian's former partners were Jenna Gordon and Sarah Rose.

The team was coached by Jenni Meno and Todd Sand.

Their first international competition was Golden Spin of Zagreb 2018 where Chelsea and Ian finished 3rd.

After the 2018-2019 season, the team split. Chelsea Liu is currently representing China, skating with Xie Zhong. Ian was on ice partner search but has not updated his bio in 6 months.
