That was the video that started the Japanese country music thread, wasn't it? Yeah, the singing was VERY good, but those kids dancing just made the performance!

When I posted about "Country Roads" this morning, I was actually thinking about posting a link to a cover that is very popular in my parts, but decided to use the original instead, since that was what I heard. But, now that one cover has been brought into the thread, I may as well bring in another.

This version was recorded in 2003 by a local band (I only found out this morning that the singer is actually from my hometown) to celebrate the County Tyrone Gaelic Football Team reaching the All-Ireland Final:

Justin McGurk & The Boogie Men - "Na, Na, Nah, Tyrone!"

Tyrone won.

I should add, I do not follow Gaelic Games, Rugby, American Football, Aussie Rules, Ice Hockey, etc. as these sports are just a bit too rough for my taste.
