2019 EYOF: Junior Predictions Game Round 2

Have to be honest, I just looked all the skaters up on Rink Results, and went with the absolute PB’s listed there.

In the Ladies, the gaps between the skaters that I was familiar with were pretty big, so I saw no reason to change them. As you got lower in the Top 10, there were smaller gaps, but I was not familiar with these skaters so did not have a reason to make any changes.

With the guys, it was actually the exact same story. The gaps between the skaters I was familiar with were big; and it was the skaters that I was unfamiliar with (and so had no reason to change) that were close together.

That said, in both cases, there were names that I was familiar with that were outside the Top 10. But, their scores were not high enough compared to the skaters already in the Top 10 to justify moving them up.

My first gold!

Here are the results for the Men’s competition at the European Youth Olympic Festival.

Not many people got onto the podium this time.

GOLD with 55 points: GINO.

SILVER with 50 points: anna gabriela, CaroLiza_fan, waterfall braid.

BRONZE with 45 points: elektra blue, Koatterce, marulia, ruga, tabsy.

This,is probably a dumb question, but why are the overall totals after two events lower than the totals after just the JGP? I am probably just confused.

Arrrrrrggggghhhhhh!!!!!

Straight after posting the Hall Of Fame post, I noticed the same problem with the Ladies column in the "After 2 Rounds" table. It was only listing the EYOF scores. So, I went back into the Discipline Summary sheet (which is what I base the Hall Of Fame posts on), and discovered that the Junior GP Final hadn't been included in the formulae. So I fixed the formulae, and re-did the Ladies column in that Hall Of Fame table.

This was all done within a few minutes of posting, so I thought nobody would notice.

But I forgot to re-do the Overall column as well!!!

So, thank you so much for spotting it, Weathergal, and letting me know!
