Just saw on twitter. Women's short. Evgenia Medvedeva short. She is leading after the short. She got a standing ovation with loving shouts and cheers. They miss her pretty badly. Tracy Wilson is there with her.

That Cup of Russia or Rostelecom Cup is still an international GP event.
This particular one is a domestic competition that is completely separate from the International Event

The Russians have their own domestic series of competitions along the same lines as the GP Series. It is known as the Russian Cup, and the Final is being held this week in Velikiy Novgorod.

YouTube channel "FS Live" just used a poor translation for the title of their livestream (which is what the OP of this thread copied). And that is what is causing confusion.
