Valentina Matos Romero is a Spanish figure skater. She was born on 28 September 2002 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She is of Venezuelan origin, and moved to Spain when she was 1 year old.

She is the 2019 Open d'Andorra champion and a three-time Spanish national champion (2017, 2019, and 2020). She has competed in the final segment at one ISU Championship.

She trains in Italy and is coached by Barbara Luoni. Her choreographers are Massimo Scali and Corrado Giordani.

She did not compete in the 2020/2021 season.
