Misato Komatsubara & Tim Koleto

Timothy Koleto, also known as Takeru Komatsubara (Japanese: 小松原 尊; born June 17, 1991, in Kalispell, Montana) and his wife, Misato Komatsubara (Japanese: 小松原美里; born in Tokyo, Japan, on July 28, 1992) represent Japan in ice dance, and are the 2022 Winter Olympic silver medalists in the Team Event. They are also the 2021-22 Japanese champions.

They are coached by Romain Haguenauer, Marie-France Dubreuil, Patrice Lauzon, Pascal Denis, Josée Piché, Benjamin Brisebois, and Rie Arikawa.

The pair were married in January 2017 in Okayama, Japan. In 2020, Tim received Japanese citizenship. They are the the three-time Japanese champions and 2020 NHK Trophy champions.

Komatsubara speaks Japanese, English, and Italian.

Yep, didn't, it was very close..

I really enjoy their programs & missed them so much during the free skate.

Yes, so did I.

They'll continue. Hopefully there will be a healthy rivalry with KanaDai and some of the younger teams.
