After finishing their competitive career, they turned professional and started participating in shows and events for professional skaters (they are two-time silver medalists of the World Professional Championships).

I've just opened a thread for this incredible couple. It's still under construction (I need to add the videos and detailed results).

BTW, I started watching figure skating in 1990. The first discipline I discovered was ice dance and I absolutely fell in love with the Duchesnays. I remember I was very upset when they lost to Marina and Sergei at the 1990 Worlds, I cried with joy a year later and, again, was very sad with the Albertville's results. I simply ignored Klimova and Ponomarenko back then, but what could I know about figure skating at the age of 10? :) Anyway, thanks to all the videos uploaded in the Internet, some years ago I got back to the Duchesnays and Klimova/Ponomarenko's rivalry and … I fell in love with Marina and Sergei. I adore their Albertville FD and consider them a very deserved winners. I also liked a lot their programs after retiring from competitive career. There are quite many of them in the Internet and I hope to copy all the links between today and tomorrow.

Other BTW: Marina was (and still is) simply stunning :) And Anthony is her copy :)

Enjoy :)
