Thanks guys, I've updated the list. So Shimada got his 2 GP and Miliukov is only eligible to skate for Belarus after november 15th, so only for NHK Trophy and Cup of Russia (? - it starts november 15th...)

Ladies alternate list updated after Yokoi assigned to NHK
Wondering about what Marina Piredda will do : she's only listed as substitute for JGP Poland and there's only 2 JGP left. Is she injured? Or does she wait to see if she has a chance to compete on GP circuit? Because she's would be #8 on the alternates list...

17 of 35 first girls are russian ! How is possible ?

What is so unusual? Russia is strongest country in ladies field many seasons already. And it is especially strong this season due to junior wondergirls moving to seniors. Of course SB list should reflect it.

Which makes the Russian TBD spot at Cup of Russia more unsure... Aleksei Erokhov? Makar Ignatov? Aleksandr Petrov? Egor Murashov? Vladimir Samoilov?

I think you have the wrong numbers for Mitsuki. He should be 10 (50) with Slavik 11 (51). Miksuki's SB is 210.31.

I’d bet Walsh/Michaud get one of the slots. If so, Canada will be happy they can use their TBA for someone else.

I hope organizers don't keep skipping You over if there's a spare spot like they did with Eunsoo Lim last year.

I wonder why..?

Apparently they want to prepare for the next olympics and WC in France in 2022. And they want to save themselves until then.
And Vanessa is going to take part in Battle of the blades soon.

Seriously they aren't going to compete on the GP this season because of some cheesy skating competition? There will be plenty of time to skate in shows like those when they retire but if they really hope to beat S/H let alone T/M or even some of the other teams moving up they need to compete. They say they aren't retiring but then do something like this? Either compete and be all in or retire. This piecemeal strategy almost never works for teams.

Given how much money I assume they can make on a "cheesy skating competition", which they can put directly toward high quality choreography, coaching and costumes, I don't see how this conflicts with being "all in." Also, Sui/Han have had to skip the Grand Prix several times due to injury and it hasn't hurt them comes Worlds.

I was going to comment to @Jammers: seriously dude do you really care? But @Hyena, you beat me to the punch, with a K/O! That was going to be my comment -- it looks like Vanessa and Morgan are following Sui and Han's lead. As Vanessa said, this is the first time in 9 consecutive seasons they have ever missed, and I think it's awesome they are missing their first GP season to earn some serious $$$ to do a TV show, and not due to injury!!

I'm totally hyped, psyched, shaking with excitement, and beaming with joy! Since they have committed to 2020 Europeans, I seriously hope they will continue to follow Sui and Han's lead and compete at 2020 World's in Montreal, and hopefully some of S/H luck will rub off on J/C and they will finally break their 9 year World Championship CURSE!!

they are done and probably wont be coming back. Maybe they don't get along or have recurring injuries, you just don't skip GP like that your not even world champions or in post olympics yet.
