He's so animated talking about the loop and the lz.
There have been legitimate worries from fans and other observers about the wisdom of going for the 4A in competition. it's hella scary, and dangerous.
But it may have put Yuzu's mind off of the intense pressure to get the loop and the lutz in order. When playing a video game, one way to excel is to put the difficulty up way too high, and then turn it down again.

I've done the same on the piano: play a difficult fast piece extra fast, then slow it down to the normal tempo, and suddenly you realize you have time to breathe, you don't overthink as much, and it doesn't seem as hard. I may have thought differently about his practicing the 4A in practice if he had injured himself, but I think there were several benefits to doing it that outweighed the risks, and as it was a logically calculated risk he decided to take to get the most out of his experience, I admire him for doing it . Terrified, too, but can't help admire him.

Do you guys remember when the starts of “raining Winnie the Pooh” happened? Because I thought it was before 2014 Sochi WOG but apparently not. Then I thought it was 2014 CoC or the GPF that year but Pooh just made an appearance there too.

First Definite pooh rain was recorded in China during the 2015 world championships. Before that, he got a variety of rain, presents, flowers etc. https://youtu.be/QdsbeRC5wW0?t=354

From the GOING TV show, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVZ2N8TI69g&feature=youtu.be Japan's top athletes complement and get inspiration from each other. Seto Daiya (gold medalist swimmer) to Yuzuru Hanyu, Yuzuru Hanyu to Kohei Uchimura (GOAT gymnast) and Kohei Uchimura to Seto.
They all learn from each other and once met each other during the BIG sports award ceremony where they got to talk. (or was it just Yuzuru who talked? joke)
Hanyu said of Uchimura that he knows he's putting a lot of pressure and expectations on him, but from deep inside he knows Uchimura can come back. -And that he (Uchimura) is the kind of person who can turn pressure in to stimulus. He's looking forward to it and respects him from his heart.
-Uchimura has been having a horrible time with injuries and has just one last chance in March to make the Olympic team for 2020. I'm praying he can make it.

I really like Kohei's face when he was looking at Yuzuru's comments in the video :luv17: I hope someday these three will meet in the event or talk show on TV. Good luck to Kohei on the way to Tokyo Olympics

It was very nice that we were able to see Yuzuru talking a lot with Japanese skaters whom he had not have chance to see very often. I hope he can get rest now.

Some points from Yuzu after the Draw
Yuzu says his accompanying coach will be Gislain and Brian, and that it's been really tough to prepare.
He said he was really nervous coming into the draw, and that it was good that he could talk with others and say silly things.
He says he's going to jump the Loop, Salchow, Toeloop quads and 3As for his free.
He will do his best to make it through without serious injury. There is no problem with tiredness. He wants to perform without excuses. He'll give his full efforts in this performance so as not to dishonor the athletes who have brought their peak to this (competition).

I've read translations saying both Brian & Ghislain will be coming.
